We don't just cut your yard, we strive to have a relationship with you. So many of our clients have become like friends and family. We hope to never get so far out of touch that we loose that personal experience with our clients!
We like to have a set schedule and calendar so that you can always know what day to expect us. We won't flip flop days on you so you never know when someone will be there. The only time anything changes is if there is a rain out or other unforeseen delay. And if those occasions arise you will be notified right away and a new expected date will be given.
Not a lot of lawn companies, other than the big box companies, put a lot of thought into their business, and for most that may be all you need. But if WHO is cutting your yard and the type of company they are is what matters, then we are the type of people you want to do business with. People come first and we strive to give exceptional customer service. Our goal is to always make you happy, and we won't always get it right, but when we don't we will make it right. We are not a mow and go company. We like to visit with you, get to know you, and we want you to get to know us. We work for the people, as well as you are hiring a person and family, not a business card.

We have spent many years perfecting our craft, and if we run across something we don't know, we will quickly educate ourselves so that we can be 100% sure about it. I may be biased but I think we are very friendly - we believe in personal service, hand shakes, smiles, and Southern charm. We strive to be on time and stay on schedule. Like most anyone, things can happen, weather, sickness, etc. But to date we have a very good reputation for our appointments. And our business motto is simple - "Where customer service still matters ya'll" We have down home southern values and we believe you are a person, not an address.
